What types of e-invoices does JomeInvoice support?

JomeInvoice supports all document types required by LHDN, including consolidated and non-consolidated sales invoices, purchase invoices, and self-billed invoices. We also support credit notes, debit notes, and refund notes for all invoice types.
Can I use JomeInvoice for multiple branches or entities?

Yes. JomeInvoice supports multi-branch and multi-entity operations from a single dashboard. You can manage e-invoicing across different outlets, subsidiaries, or brands with centralized visibility and unified reporting.

Compliance & LHDN

Does my business need to comply with e-invoicing in Malaysia?
+
If your business falls under Phase 1 (RM100M+), Phase 2 (RM25M–RM100M), or Phase 3 (RM5M–RM25M), e-invoicing is already mandatory and penalties are actively enforced.

If you are in Phase 4 (RM1M–RM5M annual revenue), the mandatory start date was 1 January 2026. While there is a grace period until December 2026, consolidated sales e-invoices and self-billed e-invoices are compulsory now. Businesses that make no effort to comply may still be fined up to RM20,000 and/or face 6-month jail time, per transaction.
What happens if LHDN rejects my e-invoice?

You’ll be notified immediately on your JomeInvoice dashboard with the rejection reason. You can review and resubmit the corrected invoice directly from the dashboard.

Is my data safe and where is it stored?

Yes. All data is stored securely on AWS servers located in Malaysia, ensuring your financial information stays within the country. JomeInvoice is ISO 27000 certified (Information Security Management) and fully PDPA compliant, so your business and customer data is protected to the highest standards.
What support do you offer if I get stuck?

We provide WhatsApp support for all paying customers, available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. We also have comprehensive product guides and step-by-step tutorials to help you get set up and resolve common questions on your own.
